Data we process

We process the data you provide when you book a call, when you write to us or when you talk to the site assistant (such as your name, your email address and whatever you tell us about your company), along with the technical browsing data needed for the site to work.

The site assistant

The site includes an assistant you can talk to. What you write in it is sent to an artificial intelligence model provider, which generates the reply on our behalf and following our instructions. That provider is based in the United States and does not use the conversations to train its models.

The conversation is not stored on our servers: it lives in your browser while the tab is open and disappears when you close it. The only exception is when you leave us your contact details so the team can write to you, in which case your name, email, availability and whatever you told us about your company reach the team's internal channel so we can get back to you.

Please do not write sensitive data or third-party confidential information in the chat. For anything that needs that level of detail, the call is the better place.

Purpose

We use your data to handle your request, to deal with whatever you raise through the assistant, to organize and hold the call you book, to answer your questions and, where applicable, to follow up commercially on your interest.

Legal basis

The basis for processing is your consent when contacting us or booking a call, as well as the legitimate interest in handling and following up on your request.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. Conversations with the assistant are not kept: we only retain the contact details you expressly leave us so the team can write to you.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where the law requires it. To deliver the service we rely on suppliers acting as data processors: Cal.com, which runs the scheduling and booking in the contact section from its European instance; Vercel, which hosts the site and runs the assistant; and Anthropic, which processes the assistant conversations with its Claude model, through Vercel's AI gateway.

When the assistant gathers someone's contact details, the team is notified through an internal Discord channel. We use no analytics, measurement or advertising tools.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to admin@creayconecta.com.

Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
